Ever found yourself longing for a piece of your childhood video game magic to cuddle up with? The Color Me Mario Plush is an adorably nostalgic way to bring a bit of the Mushroom Kingdom into your home. But let's delve into the intriguing world of this stuffed icon, looking at its origins, sizes, and, in true internet fashion, let's explore the all-important question: What is the Color Me Mario Plush Price?

Nintendo's Mario, the portly plumber who saved the princess, resonated with millions worldwide. So, when ThinkGeek, the novelty gift retailer, decided to create a plush Mario, it encapsulated not just Mario, but the spirit of our beloved gaming memories. The Color Me Mario Plush is not your ordinary, static stuffed toy; it's a vivid reminder of our gaming escapades, painted with our own hands, quite literally.

Mario Plush: A Brief History

The Color Me Mario Plush was first introduced in 2015 by ThinkGeek, a division of GameStop. It was their take on making a modern version of the cartridge-age icon, Mario, as a huggable companion. This plush toy, like Mario, traveled far and wide, captivating hearts and winning over the affections of collectors and Nintendo enthusiasts alike.

An important aspect, especially for the meticulous Mario fans, is that this plush version stays true to its source. It captures Mario's distinct features - the red shirt, blue overalls, and red cap - adorned lovingly in the familiar 'Such-a-bad-guy' facial expression that's become synonymous with our favorite mustached plumber.

Sizes and Variants

The Color Me Mario Plush comes in various sizes to suit diverse preferences. The Original Size is about 18 inches, providing just the right cuddliness. Then, there is the Little Buddy version, a smaller variant approximately 8 inches, perfect for little gamers or to collect alongside the bigger one. The rarest variant is the Glow-in-the-Dark Variant, a special edition that adds a touch of cosmic mystery to your gaming den.

Once you've decided on the size, the next challenge is choosing which part of Mario you want to bring home. The most common is the Complete Mario Plush, featuring Mario in full attire. However, ThinkGeek also produced a Mario Head Plush, offering a quirky, unique option for those wanting a different kind of display.

Price Range: Color Me Mario Plush

Now, the million-dollar question: What is the Color Me Mario Plush Price? The pricing varies depending on the size, variant, and retailer. Generally, the original and Little Buddy sizes retail around $25-$30 and $15-$20, respectively. The Glow-in-the-Dark Variant and the Mario Head Plush can cost a bit more, sometimes $40-$50 and $25-$35 respectively.
