Hot Wheels Yoshi, modeled after the instantly recognizable Mario Kart character, was first introduced in 2015. However, the real showstopper is the diverse spectrum of green shades that Hot Wheels has explores for this character, expanding on the traditional green.

Classic Greens: The MainStay

No Yoshi collection is complete without the classic green shades that dominate the series. The base color, which closely matches the original character's shade, is a rich, vibrant green that pops against any collection background.

Hot Wheels has also introduced variations of this color, such as 'Obsidian Green' and 'Deep Green'. These darker shades add depth to the collection, providing collectors with an array of greens to build upon within their displays.

Sunny Days: Primaries and Neons

Gaining traction in recent years is the prime and neon green Yoshi cars. These bold colors, such as 'Sunfire Green' and 'Neon Yellow Green', add a splash of bright, sunny colors to any collection. They're perfect for collectors who prefer a more lively display and a break from the darker shades.

Hot Wheels has even experimented with color-changing effects like 'Color Change Blue Concentrated Green'. This feature allows for unique color transitions, taking collectibility to the next level.

In addition to the core colors, special releases and collaborations have produced unique Yoshi Die-Casts. For instance, in collaboration with Target, Hot Wheels released a 'Dark Emerald' Yoshi, adding an elegant, yet mysterious touch to the typical bright greens.

Moreover, the Disney Parks series has further expanded the color spectrum with colors like 'Clear Forest Green' and 'idir Bleu', offering collectors rare and unique pieces to track down and add to their collection.
