The Piping hot history of Mario movies

Before we dive into the dazzling coloring world, let's revisit Mario's cinematic journey. Nintendo's beloved plumber first stepped into the movie realm in 1993 with "Super Mario Bros.," an ambitious live-action adaptation. Although it was met with mixed reactions, it laid the groundwork for Mario's animated adventures, like Super Mario Bros.: The Movie in 1996, and the upcoming Untitled Super Mario Film by Illumination Entertainment, slated for 2022.

The movies might have traveled a bumpy road, but they've fostered a dedicated fanbase, eager to bring Mario's universe to their own colorful canvas.
