Odell Beckham Jr., a name that's become synonymous with electrifying plays and record-breaking performances, has had an impressive career journey since entering the NFL in 2014. Let's delve into his timeline, exploring key moments and achievements that have shaped his career.

From his meteoric rise to stardom as a rookie to his recent impactful stints with successful teams, Beckham's impact on the league has been undeniable. Here, we chronicle the major milestones in his career.

Rookie Sensation (2014)

Beckham entered the league as the 12th overall pick by the New York Giants in the 2014 NFL Draft. Little did his fans and critics know, his preseason debut would just be a glimpse of the fireworks he'd bring to the NFL stage.

He caught a 79-yard touchdown pass in his first preseason game, immediately showcasing the game-breaking ability that would earn him the 'Odell Beckham Jr.omes' nickname in no time.

ROY and First Pro Bowl (2014)

Beckham didn't just make an impression; he dominated. He set the all-time rookie record for receiving yards (1,305) and touchdowns (12) in a season. His stellar performance earned him the AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award and a trip to the Pro Bowl.

His one-handed grab against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 12, further cemented his status as a rookie sensation. That catch, arguably the greatest in NFL history, is remembered for its grace and unbelievable ability.

PPG and All-Pro (2015)

In 2015, Beckham became the fastest player in NFL history to reach 200 career receptions. He also posted the most receptions and receiving yards by a player in their first two seasons, lodging himself firmly in the record books.

Beckham's sensational form earned him his second consecutive Pro Bowl invite and a first-team AP All-Pro selection. Despite playing in only 12 games due to injury, he finished the season with 91 catches for 1,450 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Giants-to-Cleveland (2017-2018)

Beckham spent the next couple of seasons with the Giants, continuing to break records and make highlight reels. Despite persistent speculation about his future in New York, he remained a vital cog in their offense.

However, in March 2019, the Giants traded their star receiver to the Cleveland Browns, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career.

Arrival in Cleveland (2019)

Beckham's Browns debut was highly anticipated. He lived up to expectations, catching eight passes for 161 yards and scoring his first touchdown for the Browns in his first game. Alas, a sports hernia injury later that season limited him to just 6 games.

Even with the shortened season, Beckham's impact was undeniable. His first campaign with the Browns hinted at the dynamic duo he could form with quarterback Baker Mayfield. Unfortunately, Beckham's time in Cleveland was hindered by injuries and the team's underwhelming performance.

Departure and LA Rams (2021-2022)

After three seasons with the Browns, Beckham was released and later signed a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams ahead of the 2021 season. His reunion with coach Sean McVay and the Super Bowl-winning team proved fruitful.

Beckham played a significant role in the Rams' Super Bowl LVI victory, making crucial catches in the post-season. Despite reports about Beckham's off-field behavior affecting his time in Cleveland, he demonstrated his professionalism and team-first attitude in LA.

With Beckham's future in the NFL still uncertain, one thing is for sure: his impact on the league has been immense. From his rookie campaign to his Super Bowl triumph, he's left an indelible mark on the game. As we look forward, we eagerly await his next chapter, wherever it may take him.
