Our cancellation fees are based on the amount of notice we receive before the cancellation:

More Than 30 Days Before the Event

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the event, you'll incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total package cost. This allows us to partly cover our preparation and administration costs.

For example, if your total package cost is $500, a 10% cancellation fee would amount to $50. You would receive a refund of $450.

15-30 Days Before the Event

If you cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before the event, the cancellation fee increases to 50% of the total package cost. This covers a significant portion of our expenses, including equipment hire and staff scheduling.

Using the previous example, a 50% cancellation fee would amount to $250. In this case, you would receive a refund of $250.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on our planning process. Therefore, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
