Since its inception, the Breyer^® Halloween Coloring Contest has been a beloved annual tradition. It offers an opportunity for participants to showcase their artistic skills while celebrating their love for horses and the Halloween spirit.

What is the Breyer^® Halloween Coloring Contest?

The Breyer^® Halloween Coloring Contest is an online competition where participants submit their colored versions of a special Breyer^® equine Halloween illustration. The contest is open to everyone, regardless of age or artistic skill level, making it an inclusive event for all horse enthusiasts.

Breyer^®, known for its highly detailed and realistic horse models, provides a unique and challenging subject matter for the contest. The contest illustration features one or more Breyer^® horses in a Halloween-themed scene, encouraging participants to get creative with their coloring choices.

How Do I Enter?

Entering the Breyer^® Halloween Coloring Contest is easy. Participants can download the contest illustration from the official Breyer^® website. The illustration is typically released in late August or early September, giving ample time for participants to work on their masterpieces.

Once you've colored your illustration, take a photo of it or scan it to create a digital image. The image should be high-quality and clearly display your coloring work. Then, submit your entry through the Breyer^® website during the contest period, usually between September and November.

Tips for Entering

To increase your chances of winning, take your time and pay close attention to details. Use a variety of colors and shades to bring the illustration to life. Don't be afraid to think outside the box and add your personal touch. Remember, the contest is about creativity and having fun!

It's also a good idea to check out past years' winning entries for inspiration. You can find these on the Breyer^® website. However, be sure to maintain your unique style and avoid copying someone else's work.

What Can I Win?

The Breyer^® Halloween Coloring Contest offers exciting prizes for the winners. The grand prize typically includes a collection of Breyer^® horse models, art supplies, and a cash prize. There are also category prizes for different age groups and themes, as well as special prizes for creativity and unique style.

All winners receive recognition on the Breyer^® website and social media platforms. Some may also have their artwork featured in Breyer^® promotional materials, giving them unique exposure in the horse hobby community.

Age Divisions

To ensure fairness, the contest is divided into several age divisions: 6 and under, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, and 16 and above. Each age division has its own set of prizes, making it exciting and rewarding for participants of all ages.
